Answers to common questions, plus how to reach us directly.

+What ages is Skidosh Kids for?

Skidosh Kids is for children aged 2 to 12. Each child gets a Home that matches their age band, and Jungle School guides ages 3 to 10 through 10 trails of short adventures. Content updates automatically as your child grows.

+Is Skidosh Kids free?

Yes. Skidosh Kids is free to download with activities to try in every subject. Skidosh Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks the full library for every child in your family, managed through the App Store or Google Play.

+Does Skidosh Kids have ads?

No. There are no third-party ads, no ad networks and no behavioural advertising anywhere in the app.

+Is Skidosh Kids safe for young children?

Yes. There is no chat with strangers, a grown-up check guards every link and purchase, and parents control daily play time and content age from a PIN-protected Parent Zone.

+What does Skidosh Kids teach?

Math (counting, place value, addition, times tables, fractions, geometry and money), phonics and reading, handwriting and tracing, music with playable instruments, science through interactive simulations, drawing, colouring and animation, puzzles, coding basics, and feelings and life skills.

+Does it work on iPad and Android tablets?

Yes. Skidosh Kids is designed for phones and tablets, with big touch targets and read-aloud instructions, and the instruments open on iPad and Mac.

+Can one subscription cover several children?

Yes. One family subscription covers every child profile on the account, and each child keeps their own progress.

+How does Skidosh Kids handle privacy and COPPA?

Skidosh Kids is designed with COPPA, GDPR-K and the UK Children’s Code in mind: parental consent at setup, no cross-app tracking, no advertising identifiers, no data sold, and account and data deletion from inside the app or from the website.

+How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play — open your device’s subscription settings to view, change or cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

+How do I set screen-time limits for my child?

Open the Parent Zone from your child’s profile (behind the parent PIN), then set a daily play limit and content age under Controls. Progress for every child lives under the Progress tab.

+How do I delete my account or my child’s data?

Use "Delete All Data" in the Parent Zone, or visit our Delete Your Data page — no need to have the app installed.
