Delete Your Account & Data
You can delete your SKIDOSH account and everything associated with it — whether or not you still have the app installed. Here's how.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open SKIDOSH and go to the Parent Dashboard (behind your parent PIN).
- Select Settings → Delete All Data.
- Confirm the request.
Option 2 — By email
Don't have the app installed anymore? Send us a deletion request from the email address you used to sign up, and we'll take it from there.

Requesting deletion removes your parent account, every child profile under it, learning progress, achievements, saved drawings, family messages, purchase/entitlement records, and parental-consent records — from your device and from our servers.
Timeline
In-app deletion removes data from your device immediately and queues your account for full removal from our servers within 30 days. Email requests are processed on the same timeline once we've verified the request came from the account holder.
What's kept
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any information we're required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, for no longer than required by law.
